Grading System<\/b>
\nPin grading is an essential process to ensure the product\u2019s quality. Pins are categorized in three groups, the list below clarifies the meaning of each grade. Please keep in mind that enamel pins are handmade items, they cannot be 100% perfect.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
A-Grade Pins<\/b><\/span><\/td>\nThe highest quality pins, some may have minor defects only visible during a thorough examination, but they still look very nice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Some example of A grade defects: <\/span><\/p>\n

1)Slight color\/enamel overflow<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Unnoticeable rubbles<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Minor imperfections <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

B-Grade Pins<\/b><\/span><\/td>\nThey are close to A grade, nevertheless they have noticeable flaws.<\/span><\/p>\n

1)Thicker metal lines<\/span><\/p>\n

2)Slight oxidation of the metal<\/span><\/p>\n

3)Minor air bubbles, scratches, dents<\/span><\/p>\n

4)Small color overflow<\/span><\/p>\n

5)Dark spots on enamel<\/span><\/p>\n

6)Negligible enamel\u2019s missing areas<\/span><\/p>\n

7)Noticeable underfilled areas (color or polish)<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

C-Grade Pins<\/b><\/span><\/td>\nThese pins are the most flawed. These are the main flaws:<\/span><\/p>\n

1)Oxidation (main cause)<\/span><\/p>\n

2)Important scratches, spots<\/span><\/p>\n

3)Lack of polish<\/span><\/p>\n

4)Wrong color<\/span><\/p>\n

5)Unfilled areas<\/span><\/p>\n

6)Large enamel overflow<\/span><\/p>\n
